The Mäntyjärvi circular trail is perfect for day hikes. You can also stay overnight at Raatejärvi and Saarijärvi. The route is waymarked with blue paint marks and is 15 kilometres long.

The route is easy going.
Starting point
To reach the trailhead, first drive about 8 km from Reisjärvi to Mäntyperä, then turn onto Kuivajärventie. Follow Kuivajärventie for about 7 km to reach the trailhead at the Kuivajärvi car park.
