For rent: a small 25 m² cottage with sauna, set inland rather than on the shore. The cottage has full mains electricity and comes with a fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and TV. An air-source heat pump keeps it cool and can also be used for heating, and there is a heat-retaining fireplace. Running water in and out, an outdoor toilet, an outdoor grill and a small separate terrace. It's in a peaceful spot sheltered by trees, and there is a large, sturdy fenced enclosure for dogs in the yard, so pets are welcome.
The guest room has a sofa bed and can sleep 2–4 people if needed. It also has full electricity, but no running water – water must be fetched from the main cottage.
The sauna is wood-heated, and firewood is available in the woodshed. Tenants must take out their own comprehensive insurance, and they also pay for the water and electricity they use.
Long-term rental preferred, but shorter stays will also be considered
